The pool is not supervised — use at your own risk.
Children must be supervised by a parent at all times.
Outdoor shoes are not allowed within the pool area.
Gates must always be closed after use.
Please shower before entering the water.
Food is not allowed within the pool area.
Drinks must be in plastic containers. No glass objects.
Only small inflatable toys are allowed, to be removed after use.
Swimwear is mandatory. No shorts, jeans or t-shirts.
Babies must wear swim nappies.
Maximum depth: 2 metres. Diving is not allowed.
Cottage towels must not be used at the pool.
Sun loungers cannot be reserved. Unattended items will be removed.
Access allowed only between 10am and 8pm, when the cover is open and the robot has been taken out.
Access may be restricted at any time without compensation.

🚗 Park along the fence on the field side after unloading. Electric charging is not allowed. Pedestrian gate locked unless otherwise indicated.

🚭 Cottages and common areas are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the main terrace with the ashtray provided. E-cigarettes outdoors only.

📺 Smart TV — French and English channels plus streaming platforms available. Please use your own login accounts on the apps.

🪑 Furniture, dishes and equipment must not be taken out of the cottages. For groups, shared dishes are available in the outbuildings.

🗑️ Household waste goes in the public bins in front of the property.

🟢 Compost (opposite the pool) — peelings, shells and flowers are accepted. No meat, fish, dairy or fatty products.

🔴 Glass — No glass bottles in the bins. Please take them to the village glass containers:

🚽 Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Bins are provided in the bathrooms. Bleach is not allowed.

🎲 Please put games away after use. Swings (max 50 kg) and trampolines (max 90 kg) are for children under supervision only.

🎯 Additional games (pétanque, palets, mölkky) available on request. Please do not play near windows.

☀️ In case of high heat: keep doors, windows, shutters and curtains closed during the day — open windows at night.

🐜 Avoid leaving food outside to prevent attracting animals and insects.

🌂 Always close parasols after use. Do not open them in windy conditions.

🪟 Before you leave, close all windows in the cottage. If rain is forecast, also close them to protect the wooden floor.

🔌 Please do not unplug smart plugs or motion sensors. Energy-intensive appliances are not allowed without authorisation.

🧼 Cleaning is not included. Please leave the cottage clean. Bags for sheets and towels will be provided the day before departure. Do not remove the mattress protectors.

📹 Security cameras — Outdoor security cameras are present in common areas only, covering only the parking area and the central garden.

⏰ Departure time — Check-out must take place between 7:00am and 10:00am maximum. Please allow about 15 minutes for the check-out process.
