On the morning of your departure, tick each item on the list to confirm that everything is in order. Once the list is validated, I receive a notification and set off to carry out the check-out.

🗑️ Bins emptied and taken out (kitchen & bathroom) 🧽 Swept and mopped (very little water on the upstairs wooden floor) 🚿 Shower, sink and bathroom cleaned 🚽 Toilets cleaned with the product left inside ❄️ Fridge emptied and cleaned 🍽️ Dishwasher emptied and cleaned 🏠 Dishes put away – nothing left drying in the sink 🪑 Furniture put back as it was on arrival

🛏️ Linen management

🛏️ Sheets and pillowcases placed in one bag (do not remove mattress protectors) 🛁 Bath mat, towels and tea towels placed in the other bag 🎒 Bags left in front of the cottage (or behind the door if it is raining)

🌿 Outdoor areas

🔥 Barbecue emptied and cleaned

⚠️ Report damage or stains

Examples : stain on the sofa, broken item, technical issue, etc.
