Only cash payment will be accepted on the day of departure and the exact amount must be paid by the Client. It is the Client’s responsibility to declare the exact number of adults and children during the stay and the Client will be solely responsible for any failure to do so or for providing incorrect information. Tourist Tax rate indicated on the contract or website is for reference purpose only and the legally applicable rate on arrival shall be paid and contracts reflecting a legacy value shall be deemed amended accordingly.

Police form

All Clients or their non-French Companions are required by law to fill out a police form and provide it to the Owner no later than the day of their arrival (model for reference in Appendix 2). The Client will be solely responsible for any failure to do so or for providing incorrect information.

Pests Insects/animals

A rural location inevitably means bugs from time to time. Following the rules of garbage disposal and not leaving food around will help keep bugs and other unwanted guests away! Keeping your windows open with the lights on will definitely attract insects including mosquitoes. We suggest that keeping windows open and shutters closed after dark is the best compromise between heat and insects.

Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in sanctions, including restrictions on access to the pool or certain areas, damages, or termination of the Rental Agreement without right of refund. The Client agrees, on behalf of himself and his Companions, to abide by these rules and regulations, which may be amended from time to time at the discretion of the Owner.
